We are pleased to announce that ADOC is now part of Heritage Provider Network (HPN) family. Therefore, effective January 1, 2011, Access Express will be our new web-based provider portal, which you will need to obtain new username and password from us. Please note this will replace our existing provider portal that you have accustomed to. In order to obtain the new login to ADOC Access Express, you may either enter your request online or fax us your completed Access Express User Request form to 714-741-0374. Thank you.
